  • If you are on our mailing list we will only hold your full name and email address.

  • If you are applying to perform or taking part in a workshop we will hold your full name, email address, contact phone number provided, and the location you are from.

  • Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. How we use your information

For marketing purposes: sending you emails, which we can address to you. This information is held securely in our account with a website called Mailchimp, and we use it for nothing other than sending you emails. You can find Mailchimp’s privacy policy here.

If you sign up to perform or take part in one of our workshops, shows, or another event we are offering through our website, we may need to contact you directly to confirm event details or alert you to a change circumstance. In order to inform you we will contact you using the information you supplied to us directly, or to our ticket booking partners. Information given through this website is stored securely by website provider Squarespace. You can find Squarespace’s privacy policy here.

We will never give or sell your information to a third party.

Photographs and Video

Images of performances may be captured at events. If you are included in an image we will seek your permission before using such images online or in print for promotional purposes. If you wish to rescind that permission, please email us.

Data Retention

We will keep your details for as long as RHIIF continues to run events, and for as long as you wish to receive emails from us – you are free to unsubscribe at any time. There is an unsubscribe link on the bottom of every email.

Data Breaches

If your data is compromised, we promise to contact you as soon as we learn of the breach.

Your right to be forgotten

You have the right to have all of your identifying information deleted, on request. For us, that means we will:

  • Unsubscribe you from any mailing lists

  • Delete any direct email communication

  • Delete any comments you may have made on our website

  • Remove, or obscure (so you can’t be identified) your image in any photographs or videos from our events
