David Escobedo: In the Back Pocket
We are commonly told “don’t be in your head” or “don’t go to Thinktown.” This is helpful advice because many times it can freeze us up or limit our creativity. But where are moments where it is helpful to be in our head? This workshop will explore when our ability to invent or retain information is valuable to the improv set.
This course is suitable for students who are confident with improv’s core skills like listening, accepting and building (yes, and), and generally comfortable being on stage.
