In this workshop students will learn the key principles of theatrical improvisation, fundamental elements of dramaturgy and how to use the Stanislavski technique in Improv. This will help deepen their improv, make characters more alive, and fill stories with genuine emotions and feelings. Participants will gain practical tools for creating deep, authentic characters and scenes in long forms of improv.

Suitable for improvisers who are keen to expand their performances into more theatrical territory, or actors who want to bring improvisation into their practice.

About Your Teacher
Ksenia began my improv journey at Klyatskin's Improvisation School in Kyiv in 2021, studying and performing comedy and theatrical improv. She later became a teacher and chief operations officer, organizing the first Ukrainian Improv Festival. With a background in theatrical improv and Stanislavsky’s technique, Ksenia now continues her acting training at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
